 The Favorites Blog Hop

For my card, I decided to make a set of dies cover up the card as if a cover plate would. I die cut the Mother's Day Flowers from 110 lb Neenah Solar White card stock. Using my blender brushes, I added Impression Obsession pinks to the flowers, yellow to the middles and green to the leaves. I will link the colors up below. These inks blend very well as they are hybrid inks.

The Mother's Day Flowers are out of stock right now. Just sign up for "notify me" because they should be in stock shortly.

I then arranged them on an A2 card so that they covered the whole card. After I had arranged them I used a piece of Press N' Seal to pick up the arrangement so I could begin to attach them. I used my MISTI for the final process as I have some small magnets to help hold things down before adhering the pieces. For adhesive, I used 3M Foam Tape or liquid adhesive. After I had adhered everything I trimmed off the excess.

For the sentiment, I die cut Smile three times from Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock. I adhered all three pieces together with liquid adhesive. I then added it to the card panel also using liquid adhesive. Finally, I added some tear drops for a little shine.

Thanks for stopping by and please leave a comment to enter to win a grab bag!
