Impression Obsession February Release: One Stamp Two Ways

Welcome to the Impression Obsession February 2022 Release Celebration!

Each day, February 1st & 2nd you can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog. We will be giving away THREE Impression Obsession $25 gift certificates for the event - so the more you comment through our Release Celebration the more chances to win!

All comments for each of the event days will be open until Tuesday February 8th at 8pm CT All winners will be announced on Wednesday February 9th on the Impression Obsession Blog.

The new stamps are available now! You can find them all HERE.

For today's card, I used the same stamp Peonies Planter. Using my MISTI, I stamped it out on Arches 140 lb cold pressed watercolor paper and a sheet of kraft paper. I used Versafine Onyx Black to stamp both images. For the card above, I used my Daniel Smith watercolors and painted in a casual loose style to correspond to the casual lines of the stamp. On the background I stamped French Writing in Antique Linen Distress Ink. The sentiment is from Secret Garden

For this card, I was inspired by my friend Jessie Banks. I really wanted to achieve a more vintage look so I used some muted Copics to color the bouquet. I then used a white colored pencil to frame it in.

Copics:
V90, V95, V99
R0000, R00, R01
YG90, YG99
BG90, BG95
