For my first card, I used the retiring clear set Cosmos. I love Cosmos and was thrilled to color these. I used my MISTI to stamp each floral out using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then used my Copics to color them in. I used a mix of yellows: Y11, Y13, Y15, YR21, YR24, YR30, Y001 and E09 for the center. For die cutting I used another retiring set, Large Leaf Stem. This is a favorite die of mine because I can resize it to suit my purposes.

For the background, I stamped Grid Background in Impression Obsession Baby Blue and Buffalo Plaid which has a purposeful distressed looked in Distress Oxide Salty Ocean. I then die cut Smile, a new die which I adore from navy cardstock.

This adorable mouse is from the new April Rubber Stamp Kit. The kit has so many cute, vintage images. I wanted to keep this simple so I just stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black using my standard MISTI with the sticky pad in and foam pad out as this is a cling stamp. I colored the mouse with E31 and E33. I added B000 and B00 around the images. The sentiment is from a retiring set called Flowering Forsythia. I added splatters to the background and popped the tag up on 3M Foam tape.
